Site FAQs
Until someone claims the market as the organiser this area will display all unclaimed markets, once you claim the market and assign them to yourself, they will display correctly
What You Need
-
- NAME – your Stall (Trading) Name.
- DESCRIPTION – a description of your services (around 300 words)
- TAGS – areas where you sell at markets.

- Category(s) – choose from the available. Not There? request it using the feedback form in the site footer.

- Default Category – Choose what you want in your main URL.

- Sells at – which markets do you trade at? Not There? you can add it yourself here.

- X (Twitter) Feed – add your x.com username and we will display a feed of your tweets on your listing page.

- Images – Show off your wares

- Email – your contact email allows people to contact you using the contact form on your listing page.

- Website – a link to your website if you have one
Add a Market to my Listing
Imagine the scenario; Someone visits the monthly market you’re selling at and buys some of your product, Great, they even take a card so they know who you are (you have a card, right!) Two weeks later they want to buy some more, do they:
Look for the card they took at the market.
Try and remember your name to google it.
Google the market name to see if you’re listed.
Google the product and see if they can find you.
By adding the markets you attend to your listing, your buyer is more likely to find you
Make a note of the names of the markets where you sell. If they are not listed on this website, you can find out more here on how to add them.
When you have entered edit mode, scroll down to Sells At and start typing the name of the market(s) you wish to add. Once you have added the markets save your changes.
Adding a Contact Me Button
When you add a listing to My Craft Market you are asked to enter your email address, this is a service we offer where we do not publish your email address for security reasons.
We store your email details in our database and instead, display a button to the user who can launch a form that sends the details to your emailfill in the details to contact you.
This stops bots crawling our website and harvesting emails, making your email address secure.
How Do I Add A Monthly Market
Assuming you have a Craft Market that will run every month, there are several different ways the market can be entered depending on the re-occurrence type. some examples are shown here.
Recurring Event – select a recurring event.
Event Start Date – add the first date of your event.
Repeats Every – how many days the event is on for, this is not normally more than 1Â (an exception might be a music festival)
Repeats – how often does it repeat (we will look at custom dates below)
Select Days – which day does your market take place on?
Repeat By – week of the month your event takes place.
Stop Recurring Events – choice of stopping after a number of events, or by a certain date
This bit is easy, and only takes 5 minutes simply register/ log in and go to ‘Add Stuff’ in the main menu at the top of the page. Click on ‘Add Craftsperson’Â fill in the details then submit your listing.

No, you can log in with your Facebook account, this means you can revoke access directly from your Facebook account, plus, no password to remember!
